When can you order a RAM REV?
According to Ram Trucks, you should be able to order a Ram Revolution in Q4 of 2024.
The Ram 1500 Revolution will come in five trims, the trims are the Tradesman, Big Horn/Lonestar, Laramie, Limited, and the newest addition to the family, the Tungsten.
How much is the Ram Revolution?
While there’s nothing concrete for price yet, we can estimate a starting price around $58,000 and going up to $85,000. While it is currently unknown what features will be standard across the trim levels, you can look for screens across the dash. One for the driver that goes up to 12.3-inches, a 14.5-inch infotainment system. For the passenger you can look for a screen that goes up to 10.25-inches.
On the higher-end trims, you may find the available 24-way power front seats with memory and massage, making it easy for you to find your perfect setting. You may even feel like you’re riding on a cloud when driving.
If you’re a music lover, and want the best audio possible, then you’ll be pleased to know that the Revolution comes with an available 23-speaker Klipsch premium audio system that’s paired with a 12-inch subwoofer! Ensuring you both hear and feel your music in the best way.
When on long drives across the state, or even across the country, you’re treated to hands-free active driving assist that uses sensors, cameras and a radar to help you maintain a safe distance to the vehicle in front of you. It also helps maintain a certain speed, and even keep you in your lane, without your hands being on the wheel.
Is the Ram 1500 REV fully electric?
Yes, the all new Ram REV is fully electric. The engine the Ram Revolution comes with can produce 654 horsepower, and 620 lb-ft of torque, able to launch from 0-60 mph in 4.4 seconds. When the Ram Rev has the standard 168 kilowatt-hour battery the truck can go an estimated 350 miles!
While it won’t be available right away, Ram is testing a 229 kilowatt-hour large battery pack that has an estimated range of 500 miles. Being that this is a truck, Ram doesn’t skimp out on power either as you’re able to tow up to 14,000 pounds, and have a max payload capacity of 2,625 pounds.
The beauty of electric trucks means that you unlock even more utility. The Ram Revolution proves that with the available onboard power panel which provides up to 3.6 kW located in the frunk. That frunk also has 15 cubic feet of storage space, making it not only roomy, but also functional when needed.
If you’re ever in a pinch and need some emergency power, simply tap into the truck's power supply, and you’re able to power your devices as a generator while at home, at work, at play, or in dire situations. If you need to juice up another vehicle, you can do that too! When you need to charge your truck and if properly equipped, you can use level 1, 2, and 3 chargers. The strongest of which allows you to gain 110 miles on just 10 minutes of charging.
