Entering the 2019 model year, the Charger is delivering a simplified trim lineup that offers tons of customization and new interior and exterior styling. There are five trim levels available for the 2019 model year and we are going over what each one has to offer below to help you find your perfect match!
SXT: The entry-level SXT trim levels starts the lineup off with all the standard features you could ever want! Packed into this vehicle are features like a rearview camera, 17-inch alloy wheels, the Uconnect infotainment system, rear seats with 60/40 split folding, and rear parking sensors. Further standard features include a 7-inch touchscreen, keyless entry and ignition, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration, a power-adjustable driver?s seat, satellite radio, dual USB ports, a 6-speaker sound system, and Bluetooth. The model is powered by the standard 3.6L V6 that delivers 292 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque.
An AWD variant of the SXT trim is available With it you gain features like an upgraded 6-speaker sound system, LED fog lights, heated mirrors, a 4G LTE WiFi hotspot, 19-wheels, dual-zone automatic climate control, upgraded cloth upholstery, HD radio, an 8.4-inch touchscreen, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror. This model also gets an enhanced version of the 3.6L V6 engine, pumping out up to 300 hp and 264 lb-ft of torque.
GT: Up next is the GT trim which is similarly equipped to the SXT AWD model with a few additional features. Those features include styling enhancements, 20-inch wheels, and suspension enhancements. The GT trim level is powered by the same enhanced version of the 3.6L V6 engine as the SXT AWD model.
R/T: Step up to the R/T trim level for more power. This model is incredibly similar to the configuration of the GT with the exception of the engine under the hood. The R/T trim is powered by a 5.7-liter V8 engine that generates up to 370 horsepower and 395 pound-feet of torque.
Scat Pack: Even more power can be found with the Scat Pack trim level. This trim is powered by a 6.4-liter V8 engine that produces up to 485 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque. It also comes with features like power-adjustable front seats, Brembo high-performance brakes, heavy-duty engine cooling, and a limited-slip differential.
All of the trim levels above offer tons of stand-alone features and packages for total customization. Some of these features include heated rear seats, xenon headlights, a power-adjustable steering wheel, an upgraded suspension, a Harman Kardon sound system, upgraded tires, navigation system, panoramic sunroof, heated and ventilated front seats, and leather upholstery.
SRT Hellcat: The final trim in the lineup up is the SRT Hellcat. This model comes outfitted with features like upgraded suspension and steering tuning as well as almost all the features listed above. Under the hood, you will find a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine that is cranking out up to 707 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque.
